To get to the brunt of it, I have a link list on the left sidebar of my site, each link is just a recordset table value and I used a repeating region to repeat down. Therefore the list of links is essentially a list of recordset table values from the current session users database, lets say the table is current clients. I want these links to link to the same page obviously but I want the linked page to know what recordset table value the user clicked, so if the first link says "Client John", if clicked the next page will know the user clicked "Client John", and not the second link "Client Melissa".

Ive been thinking of all the solutions and nothing works for me, any ideas?

Just use dinamic parameter / variable.
