Interactive Whiteboard in ASP.net

Hi Guys
I'm working on a similar topic and need help to create a Multiuser Chat + an Interactive whiteboard. My frontEnd is Asp.net and will use AJAX, etc.
Also, I want to know should I be using Flash or Silverlight for the purpose, Whichever is faster and better.

My project includes a multiuser interface (say for example 10-20 users or more) who would interact with a multiuser chat, whiteboard.

Also need help in multi-user video-streaming.

Pls Pls help me with as many replies. Any links or source codes would be great for help
