i am wondering where i am going wrong, i have a uploader image in php and html, it all works as in it goes into the set folder, but i have a problem, because i want the program to do the folder then do another folder inside,as in using the id of the litter which comes from the database.
i want to split this up into litterid as then i would know where to relocate the images, otherwise there will be a huge mixup from people uploading and no real details of where it needs to go.

i been using the get information and it doesnt seem to work as i hoped, plus i have three coded phps, one which is the form, another is the process and last one is sucess of the whole image uploading!

<?php

$litterid= $_GET ['litterid'];

// filename: upload.form.php

// first let's set some variables

// make a note of the current working directory relative to root.
$directory_self = str_replace(basename($_SERVER['PHP_SELF']), '', $_SERVER['PHP_SELF']);

// make a note of the location of the upload handler
$uploadHandler = 'http://' . $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] . $directory_self . 'multiple.upload.processor.php';

// set a max file size for the html upload form
$max_file_size = 30000; // size in bytes

// now echo the html page
?><!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

<title>Upload Picture Form</title>

</head>

<body>

<form id="Upload" action="<?php echo $uploadHandler ?>" enctype="multipart/form-data" method="post">

<p>
<input type="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="<?php echo $max_file_size ?>">
