Need a php/mysql messaging script

I need a script that allows users to privately message each other. How can i do this and where can i find an easy script for this? All it needs to be able to do is send messages to a username and then it would have an inbox for the user the message was sent to where all the messages would be.

disable the forum, then the users can only pm to other users
