Hey guys!

I know I'm bothering you and it's probably a dumb question anyway but i just can't seem to find a good tutorial on this...

I'm creating a website and I'd like the admin of the site to be able to post to the site without having to change the code. I've been searching the web for like a week and i just don't know whether it's just that I don't know what to search or that there really are no tutorials on this...

I'd really appreciate the help.

look at wordpress,
blog,
forum,
software
many of the premade scripts have this feature, admin/registered areas that modify the page within preset limits by a web interface, adjustable to user levels

thanks dude :D...

Thanks guys this was very helpful...

I have another dumb question anyhow... I just realized it would be great if the admin of the site could edit the text that is already on the site... can wordpress help me with that too or is there another way to do that?

If you're an admin, you can change pretty much everything on Wordpress.
