I know this isn't strictly PHP...but it does deal with the integration of RSS with a PHP forum, so I thought this forum was the best fit...
I am using the original (re: free) release of IPB 2.0.0 for my college newspaper (we're very broke, or else we'd pay for a license, believe me.)
We need a RSS feed to be syndicated on http://sin.wm.edu.
It seems like later versions of the forum come with this built in...but does anyone have any idea how to mod the IBPortal so it exports the topics via an index.xml file for RSS? I've no experience with RSS. I figured there might be a mod floating around, but couldn't find any with google or on any of my normal IPB haunts.
