If I am inside a folder and I use "/", it uses it for root directory so

<a href="/">test</a>

links to www.test.com/index.php

For example, if i am in the file www.test.com/login/index.php and I use "/" then it goes to root directory but if I am in www.test.com/index.php which is the already the root directory and I use "/", it doesn't work and the "/" does not go to the root directory.

Please help me
