I want to create a voting system where there is a user and admin pages. so when the user has selected, the user can not choose anymore. To the database system checks whether the user has selected or not. I want to use the session between user and admin. and when the user has selected or not selected. hey friends, can suggest me should I make first. The first thing to do would to design and build a database, as all this would be ran on top of it. As for a link to something the same, I would not know where to start.
So build the database -> then build user objects / scripts -> then web pages : test it
Then build the voting system on top of this
