Hi,I havent posted in over a year but I need a good starting point for a class project. We are using netbeans with glassfish.

We have to create online Library. Below is my starting point. Any help is appreciated.I just need a starting point at this time. Im a little lost.

In this iteration, we will develop the mechanism for the librarian to add an item and check the status of an existing item.
Your tasks are:

Design a normalized database to keep track of the library item. The library collects books, videos, ebooks and music. Each item should have a title, publisher, format, publication year and author.
Design a user interface for the librarian to enter a new item information.
Use object oriented design methodology.
