hello there,
i can run php script from my computer(windows 7) by xampp. today while testing a php mail form to send an email from my computer to a e-mail address then it refuse me! it shows me something like this:

Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 553 We do not relay non-local mail, sorry. in C:\xampp\htdocs\mail\mailsend.php on line 146

so how i can do it i mean how i can send email from my local computer using xampp and this php script...
can you refer me any article or any other ideas!
