guys can anybody tell me how to implement a captcha in codeigniter 2.1.0 and what should I use, the captcha helper library or recaptcha? because I dont know if i can use recaptcha even if I don't have a domain because I'm using a local server.

is it ok if you can give me a link that gives a clear tutorial about this?
