I want to know that how convert image ( JPEG ) into binary conversion and then store it into mysql database
and
then how to display this image after fetching the record from mysql database...

I am new to PHP/MYsql
and needs help in the above said topic..
A user who is restricted to upload an image less than 15 KB size is stored in mysql database in binary form..
