I need this program to record bugs into a MYSQL database. I need to create the database if it is not found. I have my html set up. I am posting pictures below of what I have, and what functionality I need the program to have. I have the html with the submit button setup. I need the next picture which records the bug and gives it an increment number. After having an incremenet number, I also need the functionality to list basically the whole table that has been created, and then be able to delete individual records, any help appreciated. I got the setup started and got stumped with the database interaction.
