<table width="200" border="1" class="form_table">
<tr>
<td>Driver:</td>
<td><select name="driver" class="driver" id="form_name" >
<?php
do {
?>
<option value="<?php echo $row_Driver['id_driver']?>"><?php echo $row_Driver['driver_fullname']?></option>
<?php
} while ($row_Driver = mysql_fetch_assoc($Driver));
$rows = mysql_num_rows($Driver);
if($rows > 0) {
mysql_data_seek($Driver, 0);
$row_Driver = mysql_fetch_assoc($Driver);
}
?>
</select></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Waybill:</td>
<td><select name="select" class="waybill" id="form_name" ></select></td>
</tr>
</table>
How can I use jquery or javascript for the second drop down list to show the records related to the first drop down list from my database.
