I'm not sure what you mean by "change alignment" but, you could use the non-standard <marquee> tag https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/marquee
You may want to look at the supported browsers first though.
Personally I think the marquee went out of style a long time ago, and they're really annoying.
