I have a form on footer that display on all pages. I want the form not display when I click on contact us button in menu and there should be no form on footer at that page, any help from web developers. Regards

You should show your code. Including this form as a file would probably be easiest, but we don't know which server-side language you're using, if any.

BTW - a more descriptive title and tags should ensure more attention. "javascript" is a little ambiguous, especially as the issue may be nothing to do with js.
