I am working on vs 2012 and mvc 4 ,just small project , i need to apply theme( http://all-free-download.com/free-website-templates/download/magic_city_template_2087.html ) and remove default one ,can any one help me how to do this ??

hello.
You must first download the template zip file. Then add the code for the index file to Visual Studio in the appropriate layers. Add side files to the project and make the necessary changes when you are sure of the correct implementation.
