Iam having a form which retrives data which is having pending status from a csv file.This will be displayed in a dynamically created table.Each row will be having a checkbox.If the administrator checks and click approve button,these values have to be stored back to CSV file with status Approved.

I have done up to display part.I dont know how to add the entire row datas as a checkbox value.

Could you please help me regarding this.
