The new Subscribed Forums feature

I just wanted to comment about the new Subscribed Forums feature incorporated into Daniweb.. I think it's very useful, and makes it easier on the user. However, is there any way that it could have the same properties as the Subscribed threads feature? That is, it disappears from the Subscribed Forums menu in the user's CP after the new post in the forum has been viewed.. I think it would be much more beneficial if it disappeared from the menu after the user has viewed the newest post in the particular forum to help the user better differentiate between forums that he/she has visited.. does this make sense?:-/
