I have been laid off for a few months..finally decided to start my own businesses.

1. I am looking for encryption software that is HIPPA compliant. Does anyone have any suggestions? Obviously the less expensive the better but I also know you get what you pay for. I may have voice files emailed to me that have sensitive information and would have to be encrypted until I received them.

2. I have built a website and would like feedback from pro's such as yourselves. This is an informational website for people who have lost there jobs. I am not sure how to get it on the top search engines and would also like advice on the flow of the pages and loading speed.
