Hi, Am a grandmother who manages to have computer troubles!!! I am more comfortable seeking advice than giving it. I am actually in school learning a new profession. It will be from home and my computer has to be running for me to make any money. That is why when something crops up, I need help!!! I look forward to visiting this forum as it looks like a friendly one!!! I live in the Pacific Northwest. 3 kids and 4, almost 5 grandchildren.
