In my PC (win XP with SP2) dllhost.exe is taking 95-98% CPU times due to which my work is getting affected and system response is low.

I have been running up-to-date Norton antivirus, Ad-aware and Spybot, but none of this programs finds any irregularities on the machine.

Any help to fix this problem, will be highly appreciated.
