Hi All,

My name is Diana Miller and I am a Technical Support Representative for RR Donneley & Sons. I make books! Real ones, not those NOOK (a four letter word by the way!) or any other e-reader type of book. Real books that you can hold in your hand and feel the real pages! My job is assisting the customer with any file related issues before we produce their books.

I have a degree in Computer Network Systems.

I am originally from Alaska. Born, raised and federally registered Native Alaskan to boot, Eh?!. I hope to move back there in four years. I can't wait to retreat from civilization!
