hi, i'm firestaff named after my favourite hobby. (you can see it at www.HOP.com.au). :p.

Just have a few issues with windows media 10 running on WinXp Pro SP2. trying to sync music files to mp3 player but WMP10 displays message: "A problem has occured obtaining the devices certificate..." It says to go to the microsoft support website, but there is nothing on the site relating to this message. Can someone point me in the right direction? Cheers :cry:
