their are lots of job sites, post u r resume on that & do study regularly.
also develop some small projects at home.

I just feel I do not know which way to go... I can do a little bit ASP.net, Flash AS, PHP, and etc. But I don't know which one will be my potential employer's needs. Any suggestions?
