New user with Bridge.DLL error

Well I signed up after seeing how helpful the staff here was regarding spyware errors. Saw the piggyback thread from the Bridge.dll error and even though I could tell it was annoying for mods to read they still did the best they could to assist. So that is more than enough for me to sign up :mrgreen:

If anyone can please help me with this bridge.dll error

I am willing to go through all steps needed...this bridge.dll error is pissing me off :cheesy:

Please delete your temporary files by deleting all files and folders that are in those folders (do not delete the temp folder itself) like for example
C:\WINDOWS\Temp\
C:\Temp\
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\
Also delete your Temporary Internet Files, be sure to also select delete all offline content.

Do a virus scan here.
If you get report of files that can’t be cleaned / deleted please write down the filenames and locations and post that in your reply.

Download then unzip and run CWShredder to clean up clicking "FIX" to have it remove all it finds.

We have found that some of the CWS infections can be removed better from safe mode, rather than normal mode.
To get to safe mode use the F8 key while booting the machine. Detailed instructions from :-

Then please do this since it’s better to use automated tools to get rid of the bad stuff use these 2 programs first before doing the final cleaning with HJT

First use Spybot S&D. (Version 1.3)
Spybot
Unzip, and update. Install the updates and run. Delete all that it marks in red.
Reboot

Then it’s time for Ad-Aware
Ad-Aware
Install and update by using the globe icon. Restart your computer and run Ad-Aware.
Press scan now and select drives and/or partitions to be scanned. When done select all and click next. Remove all checked items and then reboot your computer.

Follow the advice in BOTH posts :)

Then do this:
Remove Newdotnet, either from Add/Remove programs in your Control Panel, or go here and scroll down to the uninstall tool:

And there will still be more to do so don't forget to post a new HJT log after you've done all that!

you don't seem to be following out suggestions very well as all the things you are being ask to fix and delete are still showing up in the new log .

Actually I am following everything. But either I go look for those folders/files
in the directory and they are not there or I just use HJT remove files and
the files are still there. :rolleyes:

Don't know why but I have deleted those Exe files once and now do not see them anymore on my cpu yet they keep showing up in the log. On top of that
deleting New.Net is giving me another error...so I think I followed them :cheesy:

When I first restart after safe mode it is fine. Then it comes right back next
restart when I do another HJT scan.
