I have a HTML site and now I want to convert it into a WAP site.
Basically i want to run it on mobile phones.
Is there any tool to convert HTML to WAP site??

You should be aware there are many limitations to what you see in desktop browser and how much you can show on mobile device. For start you can have look on w3schools tutorials on WAP
