Hi folks,

This is an odd question, but how would you get into the field of database administration? It seems like all jobs in this field require at least a couple of years experience... the old 'chicken and the egg' scenario.

Are the Oracle exams worth doing?

For database admin.I would like to suggest some simple SQL2000 or MySQL certificates.You know to tell them at least you know how to control simple databases...
