I'm currently 16 years old and in 1 year, I'm going to go in college but something bugs me. I want to know the difference between [topic] because I don't know what program to choose. I'm the type of guy who likes as much as coding and working manually on microcontrollers or siimilar.

Go for computer engineering if want to be a specialist.... computer science is very vast subject including every aspect of it. It makes you jack of all trades where computer engineering will make you master of one thing :)......
