Hi there, could anybody please help me I've got a Samsung A840 and I have the usb cable to connect it to the computer i've also downloaded a program called bit pim. Now the issue Im having is it doesnt reconize my phone is there? I heard it has been done off of this program before but I think I need a driver for this phone. I tried contacting samsung, telus, looking over the internet but I just can't find it. Does anybody know where I can get the driver for this phone so I can put my pictures and phonebook onto my computer!!

The phone probably came with a cd with the drivers on it. If you cannot find the cd then look online and samsung's website. They do not offer any drivers.. Not only that, but the phone is not even built to connect via usb..
