Getting error message when loading outlook. The out of office email function consequently won't work. Error message: missing outex.dll file
Purchased software Regcure but it didn't fix it.

Hi,

Visit the below link and downlaod the DLL

after that,

Save it into your hard drive.

Please unzip the file with WinZip

Select the dll-file and extract it to your system directory.

By default, this is
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me),
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).

You may also put it in the directory of the program, that is asking for the file.
If putting it in the system directory isn't enough, you may need to use regsvr32 by the following way:

Press Start and select Run
If you have -> Windows XP
Type the below path EXACTLY

regsvr32 C:\WINNT\System32\msoe.dll

Click "OK"

If you have -> Windows NT/2000
Type the below path EXACTLY

regsvr32 C:\WINNT\System32\msoe.dll

Click "OK"

If you have -> Windows 95/98/Me
Type the below path EXACTLY

regsvr32 C:\WINNT\System\msoe.dll

Click "OK"
