9% was as low as I got. I stopped because it was a "dry run" or test if you will for if/when I do a body building competition. Personally I think going lower than 10% is too much for me, and it looks bad on me. I look better at around 12%-15%.
Not bad, most people can't make it to 9% (I am around 5-6.5%) and I don't considered myself a body builder... i have the abs, defined muscles all over, and well nutrition, etc.... damn, my narcissism really kicked in lol.
