Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on a new website in a moderately competitive niche and I'm looking to build a sustainable, long-term SEO strategy that works in 2025 and beyond.

I know the basics—on-page SEO, technical optimization, backlinks, etc. but I'm finding it difficult to sort through outdated advice and focus on what's actually effective now. I want to avoid black-hat tactics or shortcuts, and instead build solid organic traffic over time.

How much focus should I place on AI-generated content, and what are the risks/benefits?

What’s your preferred content strategy: fewer long-form pages or frequent shorter posts?

How should I build backlinks in a white-hat way that doesn’t violate Google’s guidelines?

Are directory submissions still relevant? If so, which ones are worth the time?

What SEO tools or platforms do you personally find most helpful today?

Any practical tips, examples, or step-by-step advice would be very helpful. I'm especially interested in approaches that are sustainable and align with Google’s evolving algorithms.
