I am working on creating a new page and I would like to have an image (like a iPhone 4 or 5) rotating.

Is this possible using HTML?

As far as i know, its not possible using HTML alone..
Options :
1) The image itself u can make into a rotating .gif image and simply place it on the page
2) Use javascript to give the desired effect to static image(s).
3) Use flash
