There aren't any, not anymore. You aren't going to find a recent motherboard that supports both.
But, if you're into Socket 7 chips, (like 200mhz and the like),you can pick up those boards on eBay for cheap, I'd bet.

well yeah it stand for 64-bit but most expensive, not really P4 extreme edition sells for $900-$1000
and best maybe for games, p4 with HT is the beter one for multi-tasking.
Better check the prices again...you can get an Athlon64 for less cash than a P4 EE.
