So, after reading some other threads I have found that I am not alone with this "your computer has been infected with an unknown trojan" virus. The pop-ups started last night. I am a serious computer novice, but I would like to try and fix this on my own. Of course, my Norton will not detect anything and I don't know where to go from here. Please help.
