my desktop is disabled and cannot change my background, it has " several virus/virus were founded on your computer" and no i did not misspell founded that what it actually says lol. and also directs my to different websites. ran malware software and anti-virus software, did find several things, removed them and still getting redirected in my websurfing and still unable to change my desktop background. i found a similar post so im starting my own in the hopes someone can help me thanks.

Please TURN OFF the BitTorrent program until cleaning is complete. Better yet, Uninstall it, this is probably one reason for your infections.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) to your Desktop.

* DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.
Reboot the computer

Then run a new HJT scan. Post back here with the MBA-M log and the HJT log.

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~1\GOEC62~1.DLL avgrsstx.dll C:\PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~1\GOEC62~1.DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\fikuyelu.dll c:\windows\system32\repozuyi.dll C:\WINDOWS\system32\yitofoyi.dll


Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in Safe Mode by doing the following:

  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear.

Select the first option to run Windows in Safe Mode hit enter.

Reboot.
