I downloaded the Ad-aware,and the ie-spyad, and I cleaned all I could, but I'm still having problems. I can't do any updates with the Norton Antivirus so I'm not protected. What can I do to recover it? I contacted Norton and they have not responded. I get these adult messages which I block but I keep receiving them I do not want to receive anything like this.
