Hi, being new here, I just want to say hello to all the members in this forum. I am looking for somewhat of a second opinion on an issue I've experienced with a virus called, " Win32.virut.ce". On a similar site I was told this virus is a very nasty one that replicates itself and it would be more feasible to format the HD and reload the OS. This of course is unacceptable to my situation. So, if anyone would like a challenge, please reply or point me in the direction of capable professionals to take on the task. Thanks in advance for any help offered. ~MinstrelPA

The other forum is correct. A reformat is probably the only thing to do.
I have tried to help many ppl with this virus and have had little success.
If you never had backups before this infection, you are in trouble.
