When I create a new message or reply somehow this automatically "Pops into" My message. How do I fix this and what is it? PLEASE This is copied and pasted.

You definitely have malware on the computer. Please follow these steps EXACTLY.
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) to your Desktop.

* DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.
Reboot the Computer

Please Run the ESET Online Scanner and attach the ScanLog with your post for assistance.

* You will need to use Internet Explorer to to complete this scan.
* You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.
* Be sure the option to Remove found threats is checked and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
* When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. Please post that log for us as directed below.

Reboot the computer.
Download HiJackThis and run a full system scan with it. Save the log and post back here with the logs in THIS order, MBA-M, ESET log, HJT log.

Thankyou for all your help, here is what I was able to do, of course nothing showed up when doing the 1st step, this is a problem in my home computer and work computer in hotmail. Everything else seems to be running fine.

I have tried for 5 hours to do the 2nd step, says it is a malicious program, turned off all security and says I need administrator rights for ESET and internet explorer closes down. I am so sick and disgusted of trying this, I am just stupid.

Are you saying this only happens with Hotmail? What email program are you using or are you using a webbased mail? It sounds as if then the problem is with Hotmail itself. Have you tried accessing Hotmail on a totally different computer, not one of your own?
What is telling you that ESET is a malicious program?
HiJackThis was supposed to be downloaded to the desktop and run, it appears it was run from an Internet Explorer temp file.
Your java program is way out of date.
Have you emptied all your temp files and cookies lately?
Do the following:
Please Download ATF-Cleaner.exe by Atribune
RUN ATF-Cleaner.exe.

-- Click on ATF-Cleaner to run it
-- Where it says Select Files To Delete, Check the Select All Option
-- Click Empty Selected > OK

If you use Firefox browser, do this also:

* Click Firefox at the top and choose Select All from the list.
* Click the Empty Selected button.
* NOTE : If you would like to keep your saved passwords, click No at the prompt.

Then try to run one of these online scanners:
TrendMicro HouseCall

Panda Active Scan

Allow these programs to fix what they find. Then update MBA-M again and run another full scan with it, allow to fix whatever is found.
Reboot.
Post back here with all those logs.

Please don't attach logs, but copy/paste them.

OK, I will do all what you said. Sorry if I did something wrong. Yes, only happens with hotmail. ONLY. I have 1 computer here, one person office at work. I use it only. I have 1 computer at home. I use it only. Both computers work fine, only hotmail is problem. Thank you so much. I have no one to help me.

no just the webmail. Not using outlook or outlook express. I am unable to download Panda Active Scan on either computer and the trendmicro house call just stays idle with a green bar going back and forth it. I cleaned it up and I also checked on Java. Go to "Options" in hotmail and check your signature. I'm sure you will find that the text has been added so that it attaches to every email you send. Delete the unwanted text from your signature and save.
