Think I have some malware on my system

I think I have some malware on my system. I am running Windows Vista 64 bit. I have followed all the steps here and still can only get it to book up into safe mode. I will attach the logs from the programs that you suggested on here that I run. I had a outdated copy of Mcafee on here and it did not catch it. When I try to boot up in regular mode I get all kinds of .dll errors and riched20.dll errors. or the pipe state is invalid, the the specified module can not be found and I can not run system restore or else I would have run that. It can not find rstrui.exe even running in safe mode. I caught a pop up on my task bar that said something about $McRebootA5E6DEAA56$.ink. I did some research on that and found out it was malware. And saw something about Pevc.exe which I think is malware as well.
I ran MALWARE BYTES ANTIMALWARE AND Hijackthis and eset online scanner. I will attach the log files to the thread. I know it has to be in the startup somewhere. I even went into msconfig and disabled all the services and everything in the start up tab and it still would not start up in regular mode correctly. So I just went back into msconfig and enabled everything I had disabled.
Well it would not let me upload the hijhack this file. It said it was the wrong kind of file.

Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE or HERE

You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
Physically disconnect from the internet.
Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

Run Combofix ONCE only!!

Please go to Jotti's or to virustotal and have this file scanned. Post the results back here.

Please Run the ESET Online Scanner and post the ScanLog with your post for assistance.

You will need to use Internet Explorer to complete this scan.
You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.
Be sure the option to Remove found threats is Un-checked at this time (we may have it clean what it finds at a later time), and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.
When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. Please post that log for us as directed below.

NOTE: If you are unable to complete the ESET scan, please try another from the list below:

Copy the full path to the file exactly how I have it and paste it into the line at the site(s) I gave you. Just because you cannot see it does not mean it is not there. There are hidden files on all pc's, some good and some bad.

If you have the OS disc, do the following;

Go to Start | Run and type in sfc /scannow and hit the Ok button. Insert your CD if/when requested.

I also forgot to state that while combo fix was running I recieved a couple of messages. pev.exe hiberfil.sys is corrupt and unreadable run chkdsk utility and the other was pev.cfxxe $Mft is corrupt and unreadable run chkdsk

I went to that location to find that file and it was not there. I might have the operating system disk. This was a dell system and it came preloaded on here. So I would have to dig around here for a bit to see if I had it.

A repair will leave everything intact. You may have to redo some MS updates etc though.

Well I tried that and my disk is a reinstallation dvd. It is not a true OS dvd. I tried it anyway and it gets to the screen where I pick if I want to also d/l the updates or to do it without. I tried both and it just boots me out of the install screen. I hope this does not mean I am out of luck. :-(

Ok I think I have all my problems solved....finally. I noticed that I was also having riched20.dll errors when I booted up regularly. I went on the net to try to find out what that file was. It said I needed it. So I found a copy of it on the net and d/l it and placed it where it needed to be. I then rebooted and I now seem to be back up and running. Crunchie, thank you for your help. I believe it was a combination of malware and a corrupted .dll file that was giving me so many problems.

Well...I thought I had everything cleared up. My system boots up ok now. But I just went into the personalization window to adjust the window color and apperence and it will not let me do that. I click on the link and it does nothing. I then tried to click on the link for display settings and nothing happens as well. Screen saver, and Theme do not work either. It is like anything to do with the display will not work. I was thinking that my display or screen looked a little bit different from usual.

Let's get rid of Combofix now that we are finished with it. Click START then RUN
Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the /, it needs to be there.
