Hello, my first post, hopefully first of many.

What bought me to this site was google, this site seems to help alot of people with virus problems, so, I had no where else to go really, google didnt really help much. Mainly because I dont know what I have.

I will attatch a hijackthis log and a screen pic.

Heres what the virus/s are doing.

-Wont let me connect to the internet.
-Wont let me delete certain files
-Wont let me stop certain process through task manager
-Wont let me save, in certain places.
-Set my 'theme' to windows classic (grey and blocky)
-Running slowly
-Crashing
-Making alot of duplicate process's wich I cant stop and some weird process's
-added a contact on my msn. I DID NOT add this person. explain below.

So yeah, the guys email was something rat. I googled his email, and he appeared on hacking forums selling credit card details. Then I started bricking it. Soooo from that I believe I have a RAT, but no idea how I go about doing it.

You are running a two year old version of HiJackThis, could be one reason for the error. But also, there is no way you have only ONE running process on the computer...it wouldn't be running... so the log is also incomplete. What operating system are you using? That doesn't show in the log either, possibly because you are running Windows 7 but also maybe because your HJT version is so old.
If somebody has hacked into your machine, get it off the internet and I mean UNPLUG the internet cable from the machine and if you have a wireless connection also disable it. You are going to have to download programs to a working machine, load them onto either a cd or flash drive and take them to the infected machine and run them that way. Now doing things this way will mean the programs cannot be updated but if you can get most of the infection off to then allow internet connection then the rest could be removed once you could get back online.
I hesitate to link to any removal programs until I have more info about the machine, especially what operating system is on it.
Do run a new HJT scan but with this current version. Download to another machine and take it to the infected one via cd or flash drive.
Then post the log back here.

r u able to go to Control Panel to de-install stuff like oovoo toolbar and yahoo toolbar and any rubbish that u do not need?

Also turn off Remote desktop assistance. Turn off all the unnecessary services if you can. Stablise the system first so as to get a chance to "dis-infect".
