Hi,
Please help, i am running windows server 2003 32bit and my problem is that there is a process called clp.exe that runs whenever a workstation is logged on to the server. this process then grows from a small % to aprox 50%, so whenever there are just 2 machines logged on my CPU usage is all but fully utilised to 100%. When this happens my server becomes very slow such that i have to terminate these processes all the time to enable network programs to run smoothly (especially those running from this server).
After i terminate the process for each logged workstation the process doesn't come again until the next log on for that same workstaion.
