I am having problems with a Trojan - QLowZones-15 - which is stopping me from opening some programs properly. I cannot open My Computer or IE, but can open Word and send emails via MS Outlook Express.

It appears to be in C:\WINDOWS.000\SYSTEM\GGLIB.EXE

Can anyone advise how to get rid of this? I have MacAfee but it seems to have slipped thru. I dont know anything about this type of thing!

I believe GGLIB.EXE is adware; McAfee should be able to clean up QLowZones-15, are you sure it's up to date?
