They're in C:\Recycler\[###-###-###]

Lots of numbers with hyphens between. I could find no C:\recycler folder on my C drive, so I went start > run C:\recycler and the folder is empty. So I go farther, do C:\recycler\[all the numbers, typed 'em all out] and it opened up my recycle bin. Then I made the connection between recycler and recycle bin, but I don't get it, the recycle bin had nothing vastly old, and I emptied it anyway...

Is there a free trojan remover somewhere? I've scanned with housecall's free online program, which found them, but could not clean/delete them, and my antivirus program NOD32, couldn't clean/delete them either.

I need help.

Download HijackThis self-extracting zip version from here. Once downloaded, double click on the file & it will install into it's own, permanent folder.
Start HJT & press the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. When the scan is finished a window will pop up giving you the option of where to save it. Save it to desktop where it is easy to access. Open the log file and copy the entire contents of the file & paste it into the body of your post. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET. Most of what is there is necessary for the running of your system.

I already used HouseCall and while it found them, it couldn't do anything. It couldn't clean them, so it did the next thing, delete, but they were 'in use' so it wouldn't work. BitDefender, however, doesn't seem to mind if they're in use, I like this program. :cheesy:

I'll finish this, then try the HijackThis and get back to you, thank you very much.

K, here's the log of running processes.

You are running hijackthis from a temporary folder. You need to create a new folder in a permanent directory of your choice, (a folder on the desktop is fine) name the new folder hijackthis and move or unzip hijackthis.exe into that folder.
Once you have done that, rescan with hijackthis and post the new log.

Having said that, it doesn't look like there are any nasties there, but it is hard to tell with the spaces between the entries .

Whoops, was a bit tired when I did that.
