Hi,
Download Ewido and install it. Then run, you will receive a warning message saying "Database not found", click "OK" for this. Next in the main screen, click "Update" and click "Start Update". After the update process, exit from Ewido.

Download CCleaner.

Make Windows to show all files:-
Go to Start > My Computer.
Go to Tools menu, click Folder Options (Folder Option will be in View Menu in Win98).
Uncheck Hide protected operating system files.
Then, click to select the option Show hidden files and folders.
Click Apply and then click OK to exit.

Reboot in Safe Mode:-
Restart (or switch ON) the PC.
Then, keep tapping the F8 Key.
From the menu that will be displayed, out of which choose Safe Mode and press Enter.

Run HijackThis and click Do only a System scan.
Then put a check mark infront of below listed entries:-

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {BA8F12B5-3BAE-0B43-B2E6-7A4E1E7AD4F1} - qwe.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: Class - {0317AD98-9368-D476-5B88-92ABD481A6D3} - C:\WINDOWS\iegw32.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {9CCC7378-3B3D-45D8-BF6B-07BA28181CA2} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\dgoe.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [hgqhp.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\hgqhp.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [bingo9] NopeZ.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [syspanel] DCC_send.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [dePloy] scanSYS.exe

Close all other open programs except Hijackthis and click the button Fix Checked in HijackThis.

Go to Start > Search. Here click "All files and folders" in the left pane. Next, click on "More advanced options". Here select the options "Search system folders", "Search hidden files and folders" and "Search subfolders". Next, type/copy the below mentioned filenames and search for it, if you find it, right-click on it and click delete:-
NopeZ.exe
DCC_send.exe
scanSYS.exe

Delete this file:-
C:\WINDOWS\System32\hgqhp.exe

Run CCleaner, click "Options" button and here go to "Advanced" tab and uncheck the option "Only delete files in Windows Temp folder older than 48 hours". Click OK to exit from the Options. Finally click "Run Cleaner" and click "OK" to continue cleaning.

Run Ewido, click on the "Scanner" button in the left menu, then click on the "Start" button.
If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. You can select "Clean" and check the boxes "Perform action with all infections" and "Create encrypted backup" before clicking on OK.
When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file.

Reboot to Normal Mode. Perform an online virus scan at Panda ActiveScan with the "Disinfection" option enabled. Save the log it gives after the scan.

Run HijackThis again, click Do a System scan and save log, and post the fresh log along with the Panda ActiveScan log.

Hi,

There's one entry to remove. Run HijackThis and click "Do only a system scan" and then select this entry:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {9CCC7378-3B3D-45D8-BF6B-07BA28181CA2} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\dgoe.dll (file missing)

Then close all other programs, and click "Fix Checked" in HijackThis. Restart the PC, and post a new log. Also, have you performed the scan at Panda ActiveScan website? If yes, post its log file.
