Yep, jsut as it says. Its ONLY the wallpaper, AND the mouse.

No start, no nothing. NOTHING AT ALL.

Messed up BAD.
How do I run programs?

Task Maneger>File>RUN

That's how.

It's soo slow and inefficient.

I NEED this fixed because my computer is messed up.

Please note:
RUNNING EXPLORER.EXE DOSENT DO ANYTHING!!!
