malware is killing me

im terrified this is a keylogger, as i have several popular computer games on my computer... so i dident turn off my anti spyware and malware software... but i got this from the hyjack log

any help would be appreciated.... whenever i go to delete it it popps back up....

its ironic... it all started as a fake windows error thing saying your infected with spyware and must download <insert dumb software here> and pay some crazy money for it now i think there might be a backdoor on my computer aaaugh system restore dosent even work

im ok with computers but im not a master, i really need some tech help )=

oh and a screenshot...
atmclk kept reinstalling itself like a b**** so i dunno what to do... even when i manually deleted it it came back... i even ran ewido in safe mode... actually... if i dident it would freeze when i tryed to clean it.. maby due to it reinstalling.... seems after safe mode that particular one is off processes.. but its not gone... every time i start up i get about 3-6 block and clean reqests from ewido

this issue was resolved..... i called my father in CA and he used frog creak copiolet and fixed it all up.....not shure exactly how....think maby with forcing temp folder to not execute anything anymore.... gosh... it took 3+ hours to do... im tired... oh and this scan incase we missed anything let me know ;)
