Hi, My name is Debbie and I'm really frustrated!
I have had several attempts at running housecall online because weird things are going on and my norton 20006 internet security hasn't picked naything up...but the housecall closes by itself in the middle of the scan.
I have given up for the day and tried shutting down my computer and received the following errors when shutting down my computer:
End Program - sw
The system cannot end this program because it is waiting for a response from you - I clicked cancel and my screensaver came on.
This message was under the one above:
dwwin.exe
DLL Initialization FAILED
Application faliure to initialize because the wiendow station is shutting down.
I then clicked OK
This error message appeared:
SW: AcrRd32.exe Application Error
Instruction at 0x5ad71531 failed to .....0x000000014
If you can help me I would really appreaciate it - I'm so frustrated!
I'm going to try shutting down again...wish me luck!
